As well as delivering the Diploma in Eating Disorders for Iron Mill College, Wendy is Head of Health and wellbeing for a large social care group, overseeing and implementing the transformation of Options Wellbeing Trust following the pandemic. Wendy has collaborated with the Hampshire Eating Disorder Team to implement a Peer Support Network for those with eating difficulties, now expanded to Dorset and funded by the Dorset Community Foundation.
In private practice, Wendy works with clients facing conditions such as Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, ARFID, and Disordered Eating, using evidence-based modalities like CBT-E and CBT-T alongside other therapeutic approaches when needed.
Wendy lives in Southampton with her family and three Cairn Terriers. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, swimming, listening to audiobooks, and lifelong learning.
