Melissa Richards | Academic Programmes Administrator

Melissa joined the team in August 2025. She is responsible for coordinating student placements and plays a key role in supporting the delivery of counselling, psychotherapy, and mental health education at Iron Mill College.

Her role combines strong administrative responsibilities with high-quality student and placement support. Melissa brings experience in education administration, strong organisational skills, and a personable, can-do attitude.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys staying active and is a regular at gym classes and parkrun events, often setting personal goals to improve her times. She also loves exploring scenic spots around Devon and makes the most of her National Trust membership to discover hidden gems across the Southwest.
