Her work led her to train as a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, doing the Advanced Diploma at Ironmill, and she now works in private practice, with a particular interest in bereavement, and supporting families who experience pregnancy loss and the death of a child. Alongside her private practice, she works for two leading bereavement support charities – Sands and CBUK, facilitating bereavement support training for a wide range of professionals working with bereaved families.
When she is not working, Kate will be found outside, trying to garden, running or walking her dog, Willow.
