Hannah has an extensive background in customer facing and leadership roles in both the UK and abroad, having worked for some of Europe's largest multinationals. Hannah joined Iron Mill College in 2021 and has held student facing and student engagement roles within the college since. As well as people skills she brings a wealth of management and leadership experience and a focus on student experience to the position of Head of Administration.

Hannah is passionate about difference, diversity and inclusion. Being neurodivergent and part of the LGBTQ+ community herself; she believes everyone should have the opportunity to grow and develop the skills they need to take control and succeed in their own life. Hannah is an avid reader and loves to learn, develop and grow herself. Her interests include history, physics, business and leadership. And when she's not working or reading Hannah is a keen cook and loves getting out and exploring Devon, Dorset and the Southwest in general.

Areas of Responsibility: Hannah leads the admin team who are focused on the student journey. From admissions, engagement and support, through to graduation.
