1.Introduction:

The Website Owner, including subsidiaries and affiliates ("Website" or "Website Owner" or "we" or "us" or "our") provides the information contained on this website or any of the pages comprising the website ("website") to visitors ("visitors") (cumulatively referred to as "you" or "your" hereinafter) subject to the terms and conditions set out in these website terms and conditions, the privacy policy and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices which may be applicable to a specific section or module of this website



2. Course admission criteria:


Some of the courses listed on this website have entry requirements. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that he/she fulfils the minimum entry requirements for a chosen course, and to ensure that the chosen course is suitable for his/her needs and ability level.If the applicant does not reach the acceptable minimum
criteria, Iron Mill College has the right to withdraw them from the course.



3. Disability:


Students with a disability may require adjustments to facilitate their learning. These adjustments will be thoroughly evaluated by Iron Mill College.



4. Fees:


Fees are non-refundable in all personal circumstances. The college makes every effort to avoid altering course commencement and conclusion dates. However, should any changes be necessary, you will be notified at the earliest opportunity. All courses run subject to demand and the formation of a viable class cohort. A full refund will be given to all applicants in the event that the class does not proceed. The listed discounts can only be used by Students and Graduates of Iron Mill College Degree & Foundation courses only. Anyone who uses it who is not a Student or Graduate will be asked to pay the full amount or removed from the course. Discounts must only be used where applicable i.e. when it is stated there is a discount available for the listed course. If a Discount is used inappropriately, the applicant will be asked to pay the balance before being enrolled on the course.
