This workshop is intended for students as well as more experience practitioners to help them set up and maintain a thriving private practice.
This training has developed in response to demand from a number of counsellors and therapists who despite being gifted in their chosen field, feel they lack the necessary business skills to successfully promote themselves and attract clients. This often happens as the skills and personal qualities needed to be a practitioner are often different to those needed to run a business.
On this workshop there will be an opportunity to bridge this gap. The content on the day will include: marketing, advertising, money matters, overcoming obstacles, networking, personal profiles and developing successful business strategies.
By the end of the workshop all participants will have identified the steps they need to take to promote their practice and have an individual action plan.
Venue: Exeter and Poole
Duration: One day, 10:00pm - 4:00pm
Award: Attendance Certificate
