Creative Connection Painting

Learning to Work Creatively


"What's in your creative cupboard?" This 1 day workshop, 
available in Poole, offers a mixed media therapeutic approach.


  • Encourages free self-expression to extend personal exploration, professional skills and development. 
  • Provides creative and imaginative techniques for your counselling practice.  
  • Safe, fun and experiential, based on many years of learning what works with adults and children who find talking sometimes very difficult.

Course Details

Key features:

  • This workshop will help participants identify creative needs and strategies, integrate creative approaches with their professional role and work spontaneously and creatively to explore relationships.
  • Encourages self-awareness and use of creativity in self care and self reflection.
  • Includes considering creativity and creative expression as well as experiencing a variety of artifacts to provide a medium for expression that bypasses words. It will also involve using visualisation in conjunction with relaxation.
Eligibility:

Our CPD workshops are open to anyone who is interested in the subject matter, wants to develop their skills and expand their knowledge. This workshop is particularly aimed at counsellors, psychotherapists and those in helping professions who work therapeutically with others.
